We offer a store warranty of 15 days for defective products purchased directly on our website. This warranty does not cover defects that resulted from consumer’s negligence or improper handling. If you experience a disk read error, try cleaning the game disk with a scratch free cloth. You can also contact professional service to repair disk with deep scratches.
If the game disk is scratch free and in new condition, it could be that the system’s lens is worn or damaged. If you’re not planning to purchase a new system, we recommend finding a console repair service to resolve this issue or contact the manufacturer if eligible for warranty.
Some older games experience difficulty being backward or frontward compatible with the newer systems. This can only be verified by the manufacturer. You will need to contact them directly to identify the problem with your game disk. These games should still play fine on the original system it was made for. If you’d like to get an older game to play, we recommend purchasing the original console.
