Risk Free Shipping

If your package is ever lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and send out a replacement to you. 15 Day Store Warranty

We offer a store warranty of 15 days for defective products purchased directly on our website. This warranty does not cover defects that resulted from consumer’s negligence or improper handling. Defective items will be replaced with the same item only and must be inquired within 15 days of receipt. If you qualify for our 15 day store warranty, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. If your store warranty has expired, you may still qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly by referring to the product’s manual.

30 Day Price Drop Protection

If the price of an item drops on our website or goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase, you may request credit for the price difference. Consoles, first party accessories, and promotional bundles are excluded. Please contact our customer service department to request price protection.
