15 Day Store Warranty

Defective items will be replaced with the same item only and must be inquired within 15 days of receipt. If you qualify for our 15 day store warranty, please contact us to obtain an RMA number. If your store warranty has expired, you may still qualify for the manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer directly by referring to the product’s manual.
30 Day Price Drop Protection
If the price of an item drops on our website or goes on sale within 30 days of your original purchase, you may request credit for the price difference. Consoles, first party accessories, and promotional bundles are excluded. Please contact our customer service department to request price protection.
