Return Policy

Consoles and first party accessories can not be returned as all sales are final and covered through manufacturer's warranty. For all other items, orders may be returned for a full refund minus shipping cost if inquired within 15 days of receipt. Items must be returned brand new and sealed as originally received. You will need to obtain an RMA number or the return can't be processed. To receive a RMA number with return instructions, please contact us.

Exchange Policy

Consoles and first party accessories can not be exchanged as all sales are final and covered through manufacturer's warranty. For all other items, orders may be exchanged with a different item if inquired within 15 days of receipt. All exchanged items must be returned brand new as originally received and need to obtain a RMA number. A processing fee of $2.99 will be applied. To receive a RMA number with return instruction, please contact us.

Restocking Fee

We reserve the right to limit any returns that do not fall under our return/exchange policy.

We do not accept any returns for:

  • Orders older than 30 days from receipt
  • Items that are opened, incomplete, tampered, or in used condition
  • Consoles and first party accessories
  • Orders without an RMA number

Please do not return these items mentioned above as they won't be processed or shipped back to you. If our returns department does process unqualified returns, a restocking fee of 10-75% will be applied at merchant's own discretion.

Defective Items

We offer a store warranty of 15 days for defective products purchased directly on our website. This warranty does not cover defects that resulted from consumer's negligence or improper handling. Defective items will be replaced with the same item only and must be inquired within 15 days of receipt. If you qualify for our 15 day store warranty, please contact us to obtain an RMA number.

In the event the replacement item still does not play properly on the customer's console, a store credit will be issued in the original purchase amount once the product is returned to us. Please contact our representatives to arrange this.

If your store warranty has expired, you may still be eligible for the manufacturer's warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, your purchase may be covered for up to 90 days. The manufacturer's contact information is generally found in the product manual.

Trouble Shooting Defective Games

If you experience a disk read error, try cleaning the game disk with a scratch free cloth. You can also contact professional service to repair disk with deep scratches.

If the game disk is scratch free and in new condition, it could be that the system's lens is worn or damaged. If you're not planning to purchase a new system, we recommend finding a console repair service to resolve this issue or contact the manufacturer if eligible for warranty.

Some older games experience difficulty being backward or frontward compatible with the newer systems. This can only be verified by the manufacturer. You will need to contact them directly to identify the problem with your game disk. These games should still play fine on the original system it was made for. If you'd like to get an older game to play, we recommend purchasing the original console.

Received Wrong Item

We apologize if you received a different item than what was ordered. Please make sure the item is not opened and contact us to request a reshipment. In most case, if you reside in the United States , we are able to send out the correct item to you with a prepaid label which can be used to ship back the wrong item at no additional cost. It is very important for us to receive the wrong item back in 30 days or you will be charged for two items.
