1. What are my payment options?

For phone orders, we accept all major credit cards including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. For online orders, we accept all major credit cards and PayPal. For mail orders, we accept money orders only. We do accept POs for government and institution orders, but this must be first arranged with our agents by contacting us through email or by phone: 888-995-GAME (option 1 customer service, option 1 again for phone order, and option 3 for purchase with PO ).

2. Do you charge sales tax?

Currently, only orders billed or shipped to California are subject to sales tax. The actual tax rate may vary within time.

3. When will I be charged for the order?

We charge your credit card only when the order is in the warehouse for shipment. This does not apply if payment was made through PayPal as this is an instant payment service.

4. How and when will I be refunded?

In the case of a refund due to orders being cancelled, returned, or adjusted, credits will be applied to the original payment method of the transaction and generally posted in 3-5 business days. Depending on the customer’s bank, refund may not be reflected until the next billing statement.

5. What if I have other billing questions?

Please contact us and our friendly representatives will get back to your inquiry within 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays.

6. Does GameQuestDirect offer price-match?

Due to the many collectible and discontinued items we sell online, we are not able to price match at this time.

7. How safe is your website?

Our website utilizes SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), an encryption technology to guard your personal information when transferring data for processing. Our online store is certified to be CISP compliant which upholds data security standards by Visa and Mastercard. We have also partnered with McAfee Safe, and BuySafe to help protect our customer’s information.

8. When do you charge my preorder or backordered items?

Preorder and backordered items are not charged until the product is ready to ship. This is not the case with PayPal as it is an instant payment provider and will deposit the funds automatically. To avoid this matter completely, we recommend purchasing with a credit card.
