Customer Service Center - How To Order
To place an order by phone, please have your credit card information ready along with a list of items you would like to purchase. We recommend either providing us with the item code or the full product title with its platform. You can call:
1-888-995-GAME and press option 1 for customer service/phone order.
If you don’t have a credit card, you may send in a money order to place an order by mail. You will need to include our mail order form which can be downloaded and printed here (link). For mail orders, we do not accept personal checks.
You can easily place an order on our website by adding the items to your cart and following the checkout process. You will be asked to register or login to complete the purchase. Please make sure all the information is correct before submitting your order including: name, email, billing/shipping address, and payment details.
Buyers Guide for Online Purchase
- Have a coupon or a gift certificate? Simply apply it in your cart before checkout. Limit one coupon or gift certificate per order.
- Many games are available on multiple consoles so be sure to select the right platform for your order: PS3, 360, Wii, NDS, PSP, etc.
- If the shipping address is different than the billing, please specify. Your billing address must match the information on your credit card statement or the order may be on hold for verification.
- Check your inbox for our confirmation email which will include your order number. If you didn’t receive an email within 12 hours, please check your spam folder, add: service@gamequestdirect.com to your address book, and contact us.
- Be sure to check your email for order updates. In addition to the confirmation email, we also inform you on shipment notification, backordered status, and returned package. You can also log into your account to view order status, check order history, and track packages.
