Cashing in on the popularity of extreme sports, TONY HAWK’S PRO SKATER lets you take control of one of 10 professional skaters, including the Hawk-man himself. Each one of the pros has signature moves that’ll earn big points and cheers from the crowd. For even more points, link tricks together to create insane combos. In Career mode, collect videotapes by completing goals on six of the nine levels and open new courses. Goals include scoring a number of points, destroying or collecting objects, and finding the secret tape. The other three levels are competitions where players try to beat other skaters in two, one-minute runs to collect the gold medal. PRO SKATER also comes with several different options for two-player action: "Horse" is a variation of the basketball game played on playgrounds everywhere, and "Graffiti Attack" allows players to tag objects by pulling tricks off them.
