Regular old soccer doesn’t hold a candle to the larger-than-life splendor of SUPER SHOT SOCCER. Of course, there’s the standard assortment of maneuvers to pull from headers, huge kicks, and extraordinary blocks; what makes this game different, though, is the awesome Super Moves that define each team. China, for example, can drop the "Great Wall" in order to get a rebound, while France can invoke the shadow of the Eiffel Tower in order to scare its opponents into submission. There are more than 30 countries represented in SUPER SHOT SOCCER, and each of them comes equipped with two or three unique national abilities that can stop the competition dead in its tracks. The majority of the action follows the rules and regulations of international soccer, and you can choose to play a single match or enter a more comprehensive tournament. Playing against the computer is an awesome experience, but the fun really starts when you square off against another player.
