EA games invites players back to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry with HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE for the PSP. Once again, young wizards Harry, Ron, and Hermione find themselves battling the forces of the evil Lord Voldemort while trying to survive their potions homework. For players who haven’t read the book, HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE deals with Harry’s fourth year at Hogwarts. This year, the school is hosting the magical Tri-Wizard Tournament with two other schools. While there are only supposed to be three players in the tournament, Harry’s name pops out of the magical Goblet of Fire as the fourth, so he’s entered in the tournament and expected to complete its three tasks. However, his old enemy, Lord Voldemort, has his own evil plans for the tournament, plus there’s always Professor Snape’s homework to worry about. Players control Harry, Ron, and Hermione as they battle enemies and cast spells. Each of the characters has their own special magic, and the three can combine spells to create even more powerful attacks. There are also a number of spells the affect the environment and will need to be used to clear the path ahead. The PSP version supports Wi-Fi co-op mode, allowing two other players to join the fun. The game faithfully recreates scenes from the book and the movie version, giving Harry Potter fans the feeling that they are actually in the magical world of HARRY POTTER AND THE GOBLET OF FIRE.
